The medial condyle is marked with an X. The negative electrode is placed between the midline and the medial condyle, very proximally on the forearm. The positive electrode is placed over on the radial border. The stimulated contraction consists of pronation along with wrist flexion. The pronated contraction would be graded three minus out of five.
